Daily Schedule at Basil Woods Daycare (8:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

At Basil Woods Daycare, we follow a well-balanced daily routine that combines care, learning, play, and rest, ensuring children feel safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day.

Arrival & Free Play
  • Children arrive at the center and begin their day with free play, helping them settle in comfortably and interact with their friends.
Morning Routine
  • Breakfast is served, followed by washroom breaks and diaper checks to ensure children remain comfortable and well cared for.
Learning & Creative Time
  • Children participate in engaging activities such as book reading, drawing, doodling, music, and guided play that encourage creativity and early learning.
Afternoon Routine
  • Lunch is served in a calm environment, followed by washroom breaks and diaper changes.
Rest Time
  • Children enjoy a peaceful nap time to relax and recharge.
Evening Routine
  • After rest, children freshen up and enjoy a healthy evening snack.
Creative & Indoor Activities
  • Children participate in art activities, music, and indoor play that support creativity and social interaction.
Outdoor Play
  • Supervised free play in the outdoor play area encourages physical activity and fun.
Closing Circle
  • The day ends with a calming circle time including shlokas, simple yoga, and group interaction before dispersal.

Event Participation

Entry is open to children and accompanying parents/guardians only.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Event activities are designed for children aged 2–12 years; age limits may apply for certain zones.

Registration & Entry

Pre-registration is recommended; on-the-spot entry will be subject to availability.

Entry passes/wristbands (if issued) must be worn and visible at all times during the event.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with event guidelines.

Safety & Supervision

Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.

Activities are conducted under safe and controlled conditions, but participation is at your own risk.

The organizers are not liable for any accidental injury, loss, or damage during the event.

Personal Belongings

Photography & Videography

All payments for registration or activities are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation due to weather and other conditions beyond the control of Basil Woods Juniors, the amount paid will not be refunded but can be adjusted against fees for any other services provided by Basil Woods Juniors within a period of 6 months from the date of payment.

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
