A Meaningful Summer Experience for Your Child

At Basil Woods Juniors, Kharghar, our Summer Camp is designed to provide children with a joyful and enriching holiday experience that combines creativity, cultural learning, and physical activity.

Inspired by Vrindavan’s spirit of joy and devotion, the camp encourages children to explore their talents, build confidence, develop friendships, and learn valuable life lessons.

Through engaging activities like cooking, gardening, arts, music, yoga, storytelling, and interactive play, children enjoy a balanced summer filled with fun and meaningful learning.

Week 1 (May 4th to May 8th) – Solar System (Our Universe)
  • Fun introduction to planets, stars, and space through hands-on learning activities.

  • Creative paper folding activities that improve focus, creativity, and fine motor skills.

  • Cultural learning through epic stories, devotional arts, and creative activities inspired by Vrindavan traditions.

Krishna Kids Carnival – Terms & Conditions

Event Participation

Entry is open to children and accompanying parents/guardians only.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Event activities are designed for children aged 2–12 years; age limits may apply for certain zones.

Registration & Entry

Pre-registration is recommended; on-the-spot entry will be subject to availability.

Entry passes/wristbands (if issued) must be worn and visible at all times during the event.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with event guidelines.

Safety & Supervision

Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.

Activities are conducted under safe and controlled conditions, but participation is at your own risk.

The organizers are not liable for any accidental injury, loss, or damage during the event.

Personal Belongings

Please take care of personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Photography & Videography

By entering the event, you consent to the use of photographs/videos featuring you or your child for promotional purposes (social media, website, print, etc.) by Basil Woods Juniors.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.

Activity Guidelines

Some activities may require prior booking within the event (e.g., competitions, workshops).

Participants are expected to follow instructions given by event staff and volunteers.

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel activities in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct & Etiquette

Respectful behavior is expected from all participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event.

All activities are meant to be enjoyed in the spirit of celebration and community.

Health & Hygiene

Please ensure children are in good health before attending.

Basic first-aid support will be available on-site.

Payments & Refunds

All payments for registration or activities are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation due to weather and other conditions beyond the control of Basil Woods Juniors, the amount paid will not be refunded but can be adjusted against fees for any other services provided by Basil Woods Juniors within a period of 6 months from the date of payment.

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

By registering for or attending the Krishna Kids Carnival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

The event will proceed as planned unless affected by extreme weather or other unavoidable conditions.
